Après avoir regardé l'error.log. On a checker les trads et certains fichiers template qui était appelé.
Finalement, après y avoir passé plus de 2h à modifier 400000 fichiers sans voir de changement sur le site.
On a fait des essais en effacant et en forcant le cache.
Et même après avoir forcé ovh a egalement mettre le site en mode dev, ça n'a rien changé.

Finalement, on a enlevé le mode debug, et les caches se sont bien raffraichis !
Il n'y avait plus d'erreur, et même la page produit s'affiche, le site marche bien, j'ai pu mettre des produits dans le panier.

C'était vraiment dû à une mauvaise synchronisation de prestashop et il avait buggé dans le passé sans prendre en compte tous les changements.

ah la la, ça me déprime tout ça. Effectivement j'ai eu pas mal de problème avec cette version 1.7...

Là je pense que la migration s'est bien faite, mais j'ai surement dû de paramétrer des choses pour que tout soit bien rattaché...
Est ce que vous avez une idée de l'endroit où je pourrais aller pour paramétrer/rattacher le bon id_lang ?

J'ai pour info essayer de :

• mettre à jour la langue FR
• traduire manuellement chaque mot manquant dans modifier une langue
  Malheureusement, rien n'a changé et je vois toujours les même erreurs, même les mots que j'ai traduits apparaissent encore comme manquant.

Je pense que l'erreur vient de mon côté et que Prestashop ne repère totu simplement pas la langue FR...

c'est étrange, car j'ai mis la langue jour, mais rien ne semble changer.
J'ai toujours le message d'erreur.

Je suis allé dans International > Traductions >
Dans la partie " Ajouter / Mettre à jour une langue " j'ai sélectionné 'Français (French)'
puis j'ai cliqué sur "Ajouter ou mettre à jour la langue".

Est ce qu'il faut bien faire de cette manière ?

Au pire des cas, je peux continuer à travailler avec le debug mode et continuer à modifier les produits...

Effectivement, j'ai recharger la langue, et j'en ai profité pour lui mettre une image,
mais rien ne change.

Pour info, j'ai re-désactivé le debug mode pour voir si la page produit marchait quand même, et non, sans le debug mode, la page redevient blanche.

Je encore regardé les messages d'erreur, je suis allé sur ce qui s'appelle le silenced errors. (il y en avait une)
Je tombe sur ça.

Que puis-je faire pour arranger ça ? Ca serait une modification à faire sur un fichier FR ?

En regardant de plus prêt, c'est pas une questino de traduction produit, mais de traduction global.
L'erreur me mène vers cette page qui me dit :

These messages are not available for the given locale and cannot be found in the fallback locales. Add them to the translation catalogue to avoid Symfony outputting untranslated contents.

J'ai l'impression que le module de langue ne s'est pas bien mise.

Car quand je regarde dans le backoffice, le drapeau anglais est grisé.
Je pense que je vais effacer et remettre ce language anglais, même si ça implique que je vais devoir remettre des traductions sur les pages que j'ai fais manuellement :/

Bon j'ai trouvé le soucis.
Merci pour le mode débug, étant donné que je ne suis pas familier avec Prestashop, je ne connaissais absolument pas.
Je l'ai activé et J'ai pu voir les produits, et l'erreur que je vois, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de traduction faites pour les produits.
En gros, il n'y a que le texte en FR, il y a 2 langues activés sur la boutique (FR et EN)
J'ai fais un test en éditant un produit, l'image est rajouté et j'ai mis un texte traduit.

Tout semble remarcher.

merci, alors en fait, je n'ai pas créé de tranche en plus, car à partir de 80 euro d'achat, elle voulait que les frais de port offert.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous.
Une amie a commencé à créer sa boutique prestashop sur un hébergement d'un autre ami en test, et finalement, après avoir bien avancé, elle s'est enfin décidé à migrer ça sur son vrai hébergement à la place de son site vitrine.

Son ancien dev lui a exporté la base de donné.
Après avoir importé ça sur son espace de gestion chez ovh (en créant une nouvelle base de donné et modifiant les liens du fichier sql que j'ai reçu avec la bonne url du nouveau site)
J'ai également changé les paramètres du fichier 'parameters' qui se trouve dans app/config/

Le site se lance bien, et j'ai pu me connecter sur le backoffice sans problème.
Nous nous étions aperçu que certains photos de produits avaient disparu.
En me connectant sur le backoffice, j'ai essayé d'aller sur la page de tous les produits, mais j'arrive sur une page blanche.
(après vérification, les autres pages marchent sauf cette page produit)
Avez vous une idée ?

J'ai tenté d'aller sur une page produit en forçant l'url avec le nom du produit (comme sur l'autre bo prestashop de l'ancien hébergement)
J'arrive alors sur une page d'erreur me disant ça :

Jeton (token) invalide: accéder à ce lien peut entraîner un éventuel problème de sécurité.

Si vous avez des idées pour arranger ça pour un endroit où j'aurai oublié de changer les données.
